We do not publish a flat fee because an intimate gathering and a large fundraiser require very different levels of work. Your written proposal will clearly identify our planning fee, deliverables, payment schedule and any separately paid vendor expenses.
How to get your quote
Tell us the event date, city, estimated guest count, budget range and what you would like us to handle. Melissa and Joanna will review your request and discuss a tailored plan.
Booking window: Please inquire at least six months before the proposed event date. Submitting a form does not reserve your date.
What is separate: Venue, food, rentals, entertainment, permits and other vendor charges are not included unless your written proposal expressly says so.
